 Endive Cichorium endivia is a one-year-old plant of the Asteraceae family, related to chicory, and is a delicious vegetable.
There are two basic varieties:
- Broadleaf beetles
- curled acorns
The egg is eaten with lemon juice and is the best salad of the winter.
